Heres another picture of me - yes I'm wearing a shirt but you can see my arm and chest pretty well, sorry abuot the previous post I wasnt trying to be an Armani Model or anything, I just wanted to tie a face to my name..
this picture is before I started any cutting at all...
ok fine u've convinced me I found a shirtless pic of me from day1 of my cutting diet (now i'm about a week in)...in this pic I am flexing my abs and my chest a little, everything else is pretty relaxed..no laughing the lighting makes me look tiny..haha my arms are fully relaxed and so are my traps so they look small, i wasnt really posing i was just trying to get my abs flexed as hard as possible because they are my progress indicator
