Heres some pics of me- first one is me in all my 300lbs of glory taken early 2001- the next 2 were taken early 2003. I was around 180 in the "afters", have put on about 10-15 lbs. since by tweaking my diet (ok, eating clean but like a hog) and concentrating on the mass building exercises (squats, deads, bench). I lost most of it by jogging and adjusting my diet, weight training, and believing that it could be done. Comments welcome, and as soon as I get my digi camera pics of my hard earned wheels are to come!

Im building "good" mass now- have reduced my cardio and like I mentioned am concentrating on the big 3 compound moves. I put up a 505lb. non-sumo style deadlift yesterday! I want to get around 220 and then cut... AGAIN! down to 8% bf. I keep the "before" picture in my wallet and it has "motivation" written on the back.
More pics will follow- tweaking my diet (read: eating ALOT more clean foods) has gave me gains that I wouldnt of believed if you told me.
Thanks alot for the comments!

Thanks, all. I love meeting people who use to know the "old" me and having to reintrouduce myself. Its great.
And hell no im not going to lose the hair! The ladies call me "fabio" and while im not use to the attention, I love it. After being heavy all my life its like im just now waking up to how it SHOULD have been.
Exercise and fitness have priority in my life, now. I have to force myself to take days off of the gym. And I remember getting winded going up a flight of stairs!

Amazing!! I don't think that many people that were in the shape that you used to be in would have the tenacity and dedication and just plain will to turn their life and their health around the way that you have. Good job man, you look amazing!

Congrats! You went from a liquid to a solid! :D It's almost unbelievable that that all happened in 2 years. I can't even imagine what it must have taken to make such life altering changes in your daily routine.

If you don't mind me asking, what was your motivation to get into such awesome shape?

Thanks for the kind comments everyone. It may sound lame but when I was running or walking away from food I wanted to eat I was fu**king angry- rage was my running partner. Thoughts of the ex-wifes lies and her throwing my heart in a blender helped,
every single schoolyard asshole that mocked me or called me names was my fuel.
And I wanted so badly to be healthy, be able to be active and live longer, enjoy life more. I sure as hell do now!
Once again, thanks for all the kind comments. Updated pics are coming up soon, Ive put on about 15-20lbs of muscle since that picture was taken.
