Hello everyone my name is Russell I have been studying fitness and dieting for some time now. However I am have lots of trouble find quality information when it comes to eating correctly. I am not a big fan of all the "Common" style diets. Anyone here know of real information regarding diets? also I want to say that I am not looking for someone here to give me a quick answer on what a good diet for gaining muscle and losing fat (which I like to call "look better naked" diet) is. I am a true believer in that if you give a man a fish he eats for a night if you teach him to fish he eats for a lifetime. Please help and thank you very much for your time.
