I've been going week after week for months now. I was messing up a couple of the weeks, IE: bad form, pain, etc. Now I have it straight and am progressing weekly on the weights. I have been stuck at 145 lbs, bulking of course.
Should I be resting say a week? Also I found a gym I can use so I'll be transitioning over to it. I have been working out 4 days a week body splits.

Progessing = no overtraining.
Just curious. Why do you think you're overtraining?

I doubt you are overtraining if you are only working out 4 days a week.

Maybe all you need to continue gaining weight is to increase your cals

What is your routine? When you're no longer progressing, it's time to change things.

I use enough weight for reps between 4-8.
TUE
Bench - 3 SETS
Decline - 3 SETS
WED-
Bent Over Row - 3 SETS
THUR-
Tricep Pushdown - 3 SETS
Bicep Curl - 3 SETS
FRI-
Leg Press - 3 SETS
Leg Curl - 3 SETS
Ok now I've been consistant on that. I'm still figuring out what I can do for my back so it has been neglected. But I don't understand why I'm not gaining more lbs. Still stuck at 145. I've been using whey protein after workouts and eating tuna as well. I have been eating a lot of different types of meat and oatmeal too.
Any thoughts you all?

I definatly agree and even if you werent stuck i would change the programme.
Try something like the wbb1 routine. I splits up th body part a lot better giving preference to the bigger parts such as back and legs. You need to introduce squats for legs deadlift for back etc
