I've been bulking for the past few months, but just discovered that i'm going on a trip to California on March 25th. I'm going to cut from now till then. What do you guys think about cycling my calories a bit? My target is 2100 cals a day. This adds up to approx. 14,700 cals a week. I think this will prevent the urge to cheat.
Sun- 1900
Mon- 2100
Tues- 2300
Wed- 2200
Thurs-2100
Fri-2200
Sat- 2100.
Tot- 14,700
I also might cycle them weekly depending on what works. So if today is, 2-6-04 that gives me to 3-25-04. That's almost two months give or take a few days. Tell me what you guys think. I could also just go with 2100 every day and do a refeed.
