I'd suggest your time off being twice that of your time on. I think that shutting down your PTA too frequently is dangerous. Complete your post cycle therapy and let your body function in it's natural state for a while. If you plan everything right following your last injection, you can keep nearly all of your muscle gains following a cycle.

I usually do time off=time on but my off periods always seem to stretch out longer...which of course, is much better in the long run.

something to consider, is that your body does not normalize in those few weeks that you''re doing PCT. Everybody assumes, oh 4 weeks of clomid and im good to go again. My belief and experience is that for most it takes at least a good couple of months for everything to normalize and that the clomid, nolvadex or wutever u use, is just a kickstart to get things going in the right direction.

You shouldn't have even bothered stopping. Dramatic swings in hormone levels without full restoration of PTA function is probably more dangerous than steady hormone levels and no PTA function.(within reasonable timeframe)

That was an option. But I wanted at least minimal stimulation of the testes before going on for a reaaal long time.

you can use IGF-1 L3 in between cycles, it is very anti-catabolic and anabolic and doesn't effect the HPTA...
