Should anti-e's be taken when the test-enanth starts to kick in at about week 3 or should they be started with the first inject?

Depends what anti-e's you are using. Liquidex, you should start maybe a week or two before you start your cycle to get the best results. As for nolva, most don't really take it until they see signs of gyno coming on.
