Well I have been a member for a while and havent posted much. Everyone hates those newbie posts. so i basically just been reading alot.

But here is a few pics of me. Im Just starting to get back into it since high school. But my body fat has went up quite a bit.

Im 22 years old
5'10
187lbs

My chest to me seems way outta proportion. I cant help it tho. I sneeze and my chest gets bigger. So basically i have been hitting incline alot trying to get that full look.

But if anyone has any idea of what they think my body fat percentage is that would be greatly appreciated.

You have a good build dude, bulking or cutting?
bf i'd say around 8-10%.. but I'm kinda buzzed right now, so i might just be talkin' out of my ass.
p.s: your chest looks fine.. better than mine, lucky bish :)

LOL ...things I have never thought of saying, "My chest is to big." That would be called a high class problem my friend. You look great.

I dindt really think it was too big i was just expecting someone to say it was outta proportion. :clown:
