Anabolic Diet Info

Does anyone have a link that shows more info on this diet?
I used to have a copy of Body Opus which is very similiar but I lent it out.
I'm thinking of switching to it.

I just wanted something that I could read so I could have a better understanding of the diet. The do's and don'ts etc..

here maki.....this link (http://www.metabolicdiet.com/) is for the Metabolic Diet, same basic thing as the Anabolic, but more "regular people" friendly. Lot's of info on this site. Check the bodybuilder's special info section.
