Here are some updated pics of my abs - a before and after. Been stickin to working abs two, maybe three times a week with cardio night. The before picture is probably when I was about 223 not even my heaviest. Heaviest was at 233-235. Currently, I weigh about 195-198.

Let me know what you think.

Remember, the rocks don't give a crap what your abs look like, but you need to be able to do hanging leg raises to get your legs back on a steep climb! Core tension!!!!

Damn good improvement, BTW. Your diet must be excellent.

How long did it take? LONG ENOUGH!! doesn't it always.. LOL
when i was dieting and running all the time, i was actually a bit more cut up. they are the biggest pain to work. Lately, I've been working them on a 4 set, 4 movements per set 20 rep pattern. Seems to be working pretty good. Having a seated job doesn't help either, especially on your lower back. Diet has been very clean even though I'm trying to put on mass.

MIXMASTER-Yeah looking forward to killing them rock climbing this spring! I'm already feeling the burn. That is going to be murder on my body, especially for a beginner.
