Hi all, I have a concern with my diet. Its been working well for me in gaining weight and putting on good muscle but I fear I'm taking in too much sugar from the protein/meal supplement drinks I'm taking. I have 2 shakes a day each shake provides 600 cals and 51 g of protein, what worries me is, is there too much sugar and what can I do to solve this problem? I'm at 141 now going for 165.

You're bulking, don't worry so much about sugar. Worry about calories first, protein second and everything else last.

I've never heard of that kind of sugar.

Look at the ingredients, dude. What's in it?

Maltodextrin, whey protein, calcium caseinate, total milk proteinate, whey, fructose, medium chain triglycerides, and some other crap

contains: no wheat, soy or yeast

Meh. Don't worry about it. Maltodextrin won't ruin you and I doubt there's enough fructose in there to make a difference either way.
