Hey im gonna drop a buncha wonga on a mass of protein bars/MRB
They are pricey and i dont want to end up with a lot of something that isnt anything (except masticational divinity)
So heres the lowdown
Calories:- 340 (60 from fat)
Total fat - 7g
Sat fat - 1.5g
Total carbs - 47g
Dietry fiber - <1g
sugars - 28g
Protein - 24g
And the thing weighs in at 3.2 oz
Is this ok??? Or too much fat?? Thanks if you can help.. I would be eating about 3/4 a week depending on how stuck for time i am
