Well I've lost a lot of motivation and I need a diet where I can just eat and not worry about making large quantities of food.
So I've chosen the metabolic diet or whatever other name it has.
I'm starting at 3200 cals down from 3500.
If I use a 75% fat and 25% protein then my ratios will look like this.
Pro:200
Fat:266
I'll take in 5 meals a day my last being at 7:00 pm.
Meal 1: 9 eggs, bacon
Meal 2: flax (30) couple pepperoni sticks ( 30) and a whey shake ( 50grms, no carbs or sugar)
Meal 3: Extra lean ground beef ( 8 ounces)
Meal4: 4 ounce chicken breast (26) and 2 tablespoons of flax (60)
Meal 5: Postworkout shake MRP and (contains 24 grms of maltodextrin).
*** Is that ok?
That is roughly 3300 cals.
Even though I said 3200.:)
My cardio will be done 3 x's per week.
As for supps I'll look into getting some ALA, potassium, magnesium, multi vit pack and some creatine.
Your thoughts?
