What bf should I cut down to? I just started working out two weeks ago. Two weeks ago I weight 185 and had a bf of 23%. What bf should I shoot for before I start bulking? I have a noticeable gut that I want to get rid of before I start bulking. My goal is to be strong and lean. Thanx.

What's your primary goal? To get bigger and stronger or to get lean?

Yeah it all depends how lean you want to get. 10-12% is a good goal, but again, it depends on you.

If you just started working out, I think you'll find that you shall gain some more weight but look much leaner. Give it a few months of good training, and just make sure to get an ample amount of protein, and then take it from there.
