I have always eat rice, a lot of it... maybe two times a day. I have not began working out and trying to put mass. I am just begining.

I am wondering if I can keep eating my rice eating habits or should I decrease it or eliminated

rice is a good source of carbs especially if it is brown. how many cups are you eating per day? are you counting cals? do you have a resistance training routine made out?

Try to avoid white or instant rice...stick to more brown rices if you can.

If you do eat white rice, try to incorporate some fats or proteins to slow the digestion of the meal.
