I heard that Green tea is a good fat burner. I am currently taking 50mg of winny ED along with glut and alot of protein. I really want to burn as much fat as possible. 1 hour a day at cardio seems to work but not fast enough. Trust me my diet is good. What can I do to REALLY burn fat. Would like to see a big change in 4 weeks. Other than Lipo any suggestions?

do a search for dnp, from what ive heard its real dangerous, but if its done right you can really drop fat fast. I think you make dynamite with it. You can also try clen or T3

Extremely drastic changes wont happen in 4 weeks without losing muscle, using dangerous compounds or both.
Sorry but I dont know you so I dont trust that your diet is good. Post it and it can probably be improved upon. Diet is key, the calorie is king.

The guy doesnt sound like he's ready for DNP but hell if he's willing to put himself at that much risk then it's his decision.

Also I think that deserves a spot in my sig.

I just got done with a DNP cycle. I lost 9 lbs in 9 days. Do your damn homeowrk though on it and follow the rules. and they make paint stripper with it.:D

9pounds in 9 days!!, cant beat that!

If you buy a tub of DNP you could make extra exploves and strip paint too. - multi purpose stuff :D
