Might be a stupid question, but I don't know the answer. Do I have to eat extra calories or more protein if i'm taking 2-3 craps per day? In other words am I losing anything?

if you crap 5 times a day or once every other day your body is still producing the exact same amount of waste (assuming your eating the same amounts)

crapping more or less is a product of a healthy colon and a good amount of fiber.

Apparently my body doesn't need peanuts, corn or ungodly stink.
