for a female trying to drop bodyfat
currently 5`3" @140-150lbs probably around 35%bf
she is currently on a balanced diet 1200cals per day and around 100gs of protein, mostly low gi carbs, good fats etc
training is 2 heavy weight sessions per wk, mostly compound exercises, squats deads etc
2 bodypump sessions per week and 2 step classes
with probably another 2 hrs total mixed cardio stuff-spinning, cross trainer
would going to a ckd diet help and if so should she stick to 1200 cals per day, but swap fat for carps on the weekend.
Current routine/diet is going quite well with 4" lost from waist in 4 weeks
