Well, yes. But you can also use regular 1 cc syringes with no problems.

I vote for Insulin rigs, they are 1cc (the 100iu ones), easier to measure dosages and tiny needle.

So Twisted, do you shoot sub-cutaneously with the insulin rig, or into a muscle?

A subcutaneous (or subcu) injection is one just under your skin. Other types are IM (Intramuscular) and IP (Intraperitoneal...into the abdominal cavity where your stomach organs are).

Both, sometimes I pinch some fat on my stomach and inject into that and others I shoot into my quad (and yes I can get a 5/8" pin into muscle)

There's also the intra-articular (spelling?) injection, in which you inject into bone joints. Very usefull too.... ;)
