You are never too old to get bigger. I plan on being proof of that. You definitely have a good base to start growing from. :)

I am 44 - geez, that's too close to 50. Reality is, though, I am in better health and general condition now than I was when I was 25 or 30. No more smoking, no more drinking...pretty boring existence these days.

Dude, you look great for 43. Nice and lean. Most people have pot-bellies by then!

Sorry I miscalculated. I'm 46 and that's even closer to 50. ugh! Ditto on the rest of what you said though.

Hey wait a minute! I'm 49! That's close to 50! I never thought 50 felt this young... and cool.
Eat more. Shave. Think young.

Dont worry about shaving. Your body hair isnt out of controll, and it doesnt look out of place. When im in my 40's, I will be proud of my manly body hair.

Took a few new pics now that a month has gone by. Working out 2 to 3 times a week and not really seeing much change. Weight steady at 165. Trouble working legs - squats result in low back pain. Suggestions appreciated. I appreciate the feedback I've received so far - thanks. My wife just laughs at me and says it's my 'mid-life crisis'.

Not too bad for an old guy. I'd work on the pecs and shoulders - little weak there. Looks like the quads need some work - got any better front shots of the wheels? Put on a little weight. Overall not a bad base. Keep it up man.

One other suggestion - I agree with a couple of the other guys - you gotta get rid of the hair on the chest and back.
