Well I need the Supps just cuz I cant store meat in the house so i cant eat meat too often. I eliminated all fast food so the only place i eat out at is subway, hehe ;).

So should I mix my glutamine with my post workout drink or take it later or before?

I agree with CD. Too many supps. Your Family should not force their views onto you.

A supplement is just that. You can't beat real food. If you can't eat meat that eat the following :-

Milk (Skim)
Eggs
Nuts (try and eat these with another source of protein or with some good Amino Acid tabs)
Beans
Cottage Cheese
Tuna .... if you house allows it.

Good luck

you'll also notice that supps don;t keep you as full as real food which will leave you craving to eat and thus, will most likely destroy your diet. unless of course you have excellent discipline.

replace everything but post workout with real, clean food.
Its cheaper and more effective than any supp you can buy...
