Deca and winny cycle

what does everyone think of deca at 400mg pw and 50mg of oral winny ed,im not sure whether to run the winny the first 6 weeks or last 6 weeks?
oh yeah and another important thing...does everyone trust winny as an anti-progesterone?
AND...deca aromatises slightly doesn't it(?) so is adex recommended or jus keep nolvadex on hand?i am prone to estrogenic sides

Use the winny the last 6 weeks of the cycle...or if you want more mass only do it the last 4 weeks. Add some test in with the 400mg deca..around 500mg should work well, or 750 if you want. Use arimidex through the cycle at .5mg eod and you should be fine. Keep nolvadex on hand, but If you start the arimidex the DAY you start your cycle you should be fine.

okay sure i'll add some test probably 500mg,fangel advised me the same thing. i would like to lean out slightly on this course,that should be possible right?and do u know about the strength of winny as a progesterone blocker?

Yeah, that will be possible. Winny is good for blocking progesterone but I highly doubt you'll have any problems with that during this cycle. Good luck bro.
