my goal weight is 180 without fat.. i started out at about 155.. i'm now 175. once i hit 180 how do i start cutting? I don't want to lose any of the weight.. and I dont want to gain anymore as i'm seeing the effects on my stomach. so now do i just eat a moderate amount of food and continue the same training regimine?
