Hi everyone,

I have been trying to lose weight for now 6 months. I don't eat any junk food, I play basketball 3 times a week and do weights on my chest and legs on the other days.

I do sit ups/crunches until I can't do much more..

But still can't seem to lose it.

Please suggest anything or if this is in the wrong part I'm sorry.
