Tuna has around 30g protien per can not to mention omega-3 fatty acids. You can find it on sale or at costco for twenty-five to fifty cents a can, and its really convenient because you can just pop open a can and scarf it down. It's also easy to store and pack around with you because it's canned (distant exp date, can't get smushed).
