He's freakin shredded. I'd say like 6% body fat or so. Is this the same guy who started taking unknown gear?

no this isnt that guy on the stuff :D the guy on the gear isnt defined (sp) he is just big.

this guy is my best mate he wouldnt mind he would just take the piss out of me for posting the pictures, and give me a dead arm.

this guy started training about a year ago because he was being bullied, the more he was bullied the more he would train.
