Buffzilla, and Beefatron were searching the web for cheap dextrose :drooling: to mix with pure creatine monohydrate. We couldn't find a UK supplier. Buffzilla, and co. found some good stuff in the states at £1 for 2lb, but they wanted £45 for shipping. :cry:

Any uk members know how to get cheap dextrose, and creatine??

TBH mate, I just go to Superdrug and get it there, it's not dirt cheap but not expesive really. I've also got a large tub of maltodextrin from the wheyconsortium that I sometimes use.....

Might be wroth trying some wholesalers, it's only sugar afterall.
