Im currently 153lbs, 5'10", and just turned 18. Im asian and have an averge build for an asian I guess. Didn't really measure body fat but I think its around 13%-15%. My daily diet is just for gaining mass slowly and not really bulking. I playbasketball, sprint and swim so gains are slow but its ok. I have been eating this since January and went from 145lbs to 153. Question is, can I get to around 165 or 170 by August by eating this? Any modifications you guys suggest? Here is my diet:

The trick is to add a small amount of cals each week, or even every 2 weeks to minimize fat gain. You could do it by august, but I suggest increasing fat a good deal, it should be about 25% of your daily cals.

I think your protein is a bit high. Much of it going to waste. Eat more fat instead.

Along with the normal gym workouts, I sprint and play basketball everyday. The protein is pretty useful.
