ok guys..i know i don't each much so i'm trying to eat more. so don't say that my schedule of eatings is too little because i already have trouble eating quantity...
6:30am breakfast nutri-grain
10:20am recess chicken /egg sandwich, donut
1:30pm lunch chicken /egg sandwich
5:00pm get home nutri-grain
6:00pm snack peanuts, milk
8:00pm dinner meat with brocoli, beans, potatoes
9:00pm snack bread and cottage cheese
10:00pm snack yoghurt, peanuts
10:30pm supper nutri-grain, powder milk
i know lots of nutri-grain..but i thought that that has milk so mite as well take milk with something...
please give me some good suggestions..it's hard for me to eat heaps since i havn't eaten much my whole life and also because school/hw stuffs my timing up....
*BTW*..just want to ask..wat the hell is jerky?
