If I wanna lose weight and my diet consist of 2200 cals a day, wut fat percent or fat cals should I eat a day And from wut kind of foods should I consume the fat. Thanks.

i'd say 20-25%

best sources: olive oil, canola oil, almonds, peanuts, macadamias,

make sure to include some fish oil too.

40% of my cutting diet comes from healty fats. Which is 100g on my 2200 calorie diet. Foods like Peanuts, Avocado, Flax Seed are all great sources of healthy fat.

do the math...... 20% of 2200=44g 25% of 2200=55g

770 Calories from Carbs
550 Calories from fats (Most should be from EFA)
