Hey,
Im takin a week of a lifting (i really need it and its a week before track and i want to give my body a rest) and basically im dropping my old program and am in search for a new program. Ive always followed bodybuilding programs, but now i want to go for pure strength. I know you guys are like, well if your going for pure strength then why are you cutting. I plan to bulk back up after this, jus ive never really been skinny and im curious how i would look. ALso track is coming up and losin some weight owuldnt hurt either when it comes to running. But what do you guys htink i should do? Stick to bodybuilding routines or change over to powerlifting? If i were to change over to power lifting i would be Doing track while powerlifting so i dont know how that would work, if that would even be a problem. I have a journal where im loggin my workouts and meals and what not so go ahead and let me know what you think. But thanks for reading!
