1 or 2 shakes a day or even more?

Depends on what else your eating and your goals. You want to opt for food over shakes when possible but 2 per day is fine....when dieting get stricter and you need to eat 8 meals per day as many as 4 are ok but as a general rule no more than 1/2 your meals per day should be shakes at most.

aightz man thanks a lot so like i was thinkin in morning and after the work out? or better before work out and after the work out?

After workout is always a good time because liquid protein will be absorbed by the body faster than solid food. Otherwise it's really a matter of convenience. You should be eating every 3 hours so when your gonna be out or in class or at work bring a shake to have between your meals.

yes, it is okay, but focus on getting your requirments from real food instead.

By the way, you should try doing a search, some of your recent posts have been asked hundreds of times before.
