I am starting an online journal to track my gains, set goals, and see my results.

History
I am 20 years old, been lifting for gain for about 2 years. Lifted all through high school, but was a wrestler, so i usually lost all muscle mass by the end of the year. Started lifting hard in March 02. I am non smoker, social drinker. I am a college students and lift 4-5 days a week depending on the rotation.

Current
I am currently in the bulking phase of my workout. My body wieght is 171, no current idea of body fat.

day 1 chest
day 2 back
day 3 legs
day 4 arms/shoulders
day 5 rest

i have been lifting at 6:30 pm regularly.

Well i was doing the
day 1 arms/back
day 2 legs
day 3 arms/shoulder
day 4 rest

but i needed to switch it up i was getting used to it...

looking decent, your squat is impressive.

yeah it is my strong point. that was a max i just got last week. My max bench all time is 295, but i had a muscle/rotarer cuff injury on my right shoulder last summer which pretty much killed my bench. I came back after all the physical theropy maxing out at 185. But it is getting back there. I havent done deads heavy in a while, and next back day is a heavy day, so i want to see what i can pull. Thanks for posting

Off day today... Played some Racquetball for about an hour... ate 2 chicken sandwiches a footlong blt and had 24 oucnes juice, 1 qt water, and others
