Just been bulking for about 3 months and am going to start cutting down a little. I don't play sports or anything but just need to get back to my bf last summer.

I really want to get the biceps to peak. Size is ok I think.. Hopefully this fat loss will help.

Any suggestions welcome.

Thanks X: I never thought I was that thick but this is the first time I've ever seen pics of myself. Certainly weird.
I didn't work my quads/hams much from last may thru this jan. I like to road bike a few times a week so that kind of took care of it some. Been doing lots of leg presses and some ham curls the last 2 months. My hamstrings suck!

Started new workout this week and journal today. Certainly not the typical type of Weider wo but I'm pumped to see how it works.

I really appreciate the feedback. This will motivate me like nothing else.
How about some criticism and suggestions. I was going to start cutting as I would like to get my bf down some for summer. I like eating though. I'm not competing in anything so there's really no time frame other than getting older. I have started this new program. It's really more for bulking but I'm going to try and watch my diet and loose a little fat in the process. When I was cycling last summer I weighed 192. I would say I've probably put on 10 lbs of fat and hopefully about 10 of muscle in the last 5-6 months.

Should I keep puttin on the muscle?

Any body fat % guesses?

I'd say you're about 20%. I think you should cut.

Legs looking thick and back is nice & wide.

You luck just like me bro, i'd say 19%-21% would be very accurate.

I agree with the 20% range. I was 14 last summer and it was nice but I like the size.

You're right Mex pretty similier legs.

I think I ought to loose some fat too. I've just started adding some HIIT on off days and think that will slowly do the trick. I really don't want to change my on day training much and I don't want to change my diet too much. Maybe just cut out a few things. I like them burritos though.

I am jealous

I also agree with the others. Cut. Time to carve away the fat and reveal the muscle beneath.

Thanks! I agree to a point on the genetics. Some people are given just a little bit of an edge but it does take really hard work to bring out the potential. On calves I do 2-3 exercises 2 days per week (or more) with more weight than just about anyone in the gym, with the exception of 250+lb guys.

Working UD2 now to cut. I'm excited to see what the next 4 weeks reveals. I'm thinking that after that a little break and then hit it again. With 2 rounds I think I can be in the 8-10% range. If I can keep 90% of the muscle I've got now I will be very satisfied.

Any main areas I need to work on?

Good progress. I'm planning on taking the same basic set of pics for my cut I just started. We have surprisingly similar genetics. I have almos identicle calves to yours.
