L-Arginine and 1-Test

would 1-test taken with L-arginine be effective? or would it hinder/hurt anything? take one or the other, together, or one with another supp? what would you guys recommend? thanks a lot

L-Arginine is not going to have a noticeable effect one way or the other in conjunction with 1-test.

If you are going to run 1-test or any other PH, do a search here on the forums. There are tons of posts about them and their sides and the like. Lots of good info around here.
