Pyruvate..and others

what do you think about using them pre work-out.. I'm wondering if it is just another supplement that will help you along the way to your goal or if it is something that if you use it for a week go up weight and come in the next week w/o using it you'll be doing the same weight before you started

Honestly, I can't understand what you are asking here. What do we think about using WHAT pre-workout? Pyruvate? Others? What others?

As for Pyruvate, I personally have not tried it, but the general consensus here is that it is a crap product. You'd be better off getting some ECA for fat loss.
