there's online calculators, but they're not extremely accurate...
best way to do it is to use something like a calipher, but here's a online link if you're interested anyways =)

Don't trust online calculators; they aren't acurate at all. I actually used one today that said I had a BF% of 100+. All it asked for was my age and waist size. LOL.

stand naked and jump in front of a mirror. if anything jiggles, you need to cut.

There are several ways to determine bodyfat. Usually your local gym will do it for ya. There are 3 site, and 7 site skinfold measurements done with calipers. Then there is underwater weighing, (most accurate) and there is bio-electrical impedence. Of course the most accurate way to get your bodyfat determined to the closest decimal is to die. ;)
