Once in the morning, let it dry for about 5 mins, then once in the mid-afternoon. It says on the container itself. It is a topical liquid just applied directly to the skin there you want to mobilize fat, 4 pumps each time.

check out www.avantlabs.com. Most people will tell you it works. IM on there Absolved, and its working great. I usually have the pregnant belly look, no matter how lean I get, but this is helping a ton.
