Hi Im very new... 20 and pretty much just starting working out seriously and Im beginning to use V12... I have no complaints cause Ive only been using it for about a week but I figured I could ask advice before I commit myself to something that people more experienced than myself think wont work very well... I am 175 lbs 6'1 and trying to gain up to 195 so I dont know if any one knows anything about it, or has any clue as to what else may help... But any advice I would greatly appreciate.

Thanks

V12 will help you a little but IMHO it's not all it's hyped to be. Good but not a wonder sup like everyone claims. Like about 99.99% of the products out there. I've used it and seemed to see results but it's difficult to tell. If there is a supplement that was everything they said it would be then every single person lifting would be using the same things.

I would rather see you spend your money on good quality protein, glutamine, creatine and other basics like vitamins and minerals.

Please perform a search before asking a question that is fairly typical.

I usually say all these overpriced products are all hype and no substance, but V12 has been amazing for me.

I'd recommend it!

oops, first time around I saw v2, not v12. I've taken swole v2 and have had great results, not v12.

sorry.

I actually think Swole V2 is better than V12, plus it's cheaper.

I have just started lifting as well. I am 20 and was at 165 lbs. I got v12 and protein first. In the first two weeks i gained 25 pounds and over an inch everywhere on my body with 2 1/2 to 3 inches in my chest. My bench went from working out with 3x8x155 to 3x5x205, with a spotter though I like to work with forced reps of 225. I am off it right now but plan on taking it again.

And if you dont know v12 has creatine and glutamine in it. (luvdapump)

I started about 8 months ago with just wanting to get in better shape, but after seeing some changes that I liked I started to hit the gym. I got a membership and since then I have really made great gains in weight and weight lifted. I know that alot of this may be because I was new, but since I have finished my cycle I have not really made any real great gains. i am planning on taking v12 again, then I shall have a better idea of what it really did.

I don't know about 25 pounds in two weeks.... Sounds like BS... Andro maybe... V12, I don't think so...

It's times like these where I hope the guy is smoking something good. Pass me the pipe.
