hey guys..

i just wanna know the amount of protein i should take in...

i am 15, about 50kg and pretty skinny...and looking to just gain a defined/muscley shape...i don't wanna b a defined elephant! just alright looking! :cool:

neway....how mucy protein/carbs should i take in??

also...i got a problem...i seem pretty small and skinny even though i eat stuff quite a bit...this got anything to do wit a growth spurt?

Rule of thumb for protein is at least 1g per lb of bodyweight. As for carbs it entirely depends what kind of diet you're following and how many calories you require to gain weight.

amount of carbs vs. fat it a personal preference, but you should be eating healthy of both. and considering your goals and metabolism, a lot of both.

I'ld eat your body weight in protein. So about 100 g a day for you would be sufficient. If you want to gain weight go on a bulking diet. Browse the forums for more info.
