Pre-workout:
1 small meal consisting of mainly carbs and protein (for example; chicken and rice OR pasta and tuna)
Sometimes I drink a glass of juice with this
Post-Workout:
2 scoops of protein (24 grams per scoop)
1 cup of instant SKIM milk powder (24 grams protein)
^^^ so that right there is 72 grams of protein, and to get my insulin levels up I drink a 20 ounce bottle of gatorade (get insulin levels up so the protein you just ate/drank goes directly to rebuilding muscle tissue)
***1 hour later***
1 small meal consisting of mainly carbs and protein

I would avoid milk post-workout, the milk will slow the digestion of the whey.

What is milk causes that? do you know? Im not saying I dont believe you, I would just like to know how you know that
I only take it for the protein because its a cheap way to get more protein other than protein powder

Milk has casein protein in it, a slower digesting protein. One of the key benefits to whey is its rapid digestion, something good post-workout, helps get your muscles recovering after a tough workout.

Is maltodextrin the same thing or related to dextrose ?? I have 4 pounds of dextrose right now ....
malto and maltodextrin are refering to the same ingredient ... right ?

Dextrose is a bit higher on the GI index than malto but malto is pretty similar.
Yeah, malto is just lazy for maltodextrin. :)
1 frozen banana (gets rid of need for ice or ice cream)
2 cups milk
2 scoops protein powder *edit: chocolate flavored
2 tbsp natty pb
blend until smooth (add water if not runny enough)
sometimes i add some oatmeal to give it some texture...
