A few weeks ago I bought a bag full of boneless chicken breasts, about 18 of em, for around $8.
They have ZERO fat and 41 grams of protein per breast!
Anyway, I cook about 4 at a time in the oven and eat them as a pre/post workout meal with some pasta or rice.

I bought a george foreman grill just so i can cook my meat under 10 mins. I usually marinate my meat or in your case, chicken, in a lemon, soy sauce, and pepper mix. Nice and simple.

I Pan-Fry them, add a little water to keep it from sticking. Then I season it w/ cayenne pepper and some Franks Red Hot Sauce.
I stopped using my foreman grill because it's a pain in the ass to clean.

41 grams of protein? How freakin' big are they? The ones I get are 25 grams per breast. Anyway I just defrost them and pan fry them.

Yes 41 grams per breast, they arent that big either, I would say probably 8-10 ounces per breast, but thats a complete guess...
I would go and check but I dont have anymore :(
pan fried in grapeseed oil (small amount). breasts covered in spices including cajun, black pepper, paprika and whatever else i have laying around...
