wow very nice improvement - you are very lean keep bulking - I'm curious to see you at 200 :)

4 months ago i was at 152, now at 167- you're a better bulker than I but it's good to be able to relate/compare to someone

Im about 6 foot 2ish, close to 3. Yeah I had a huge newbie gain of about 20lbs, then it suddenly halted, I have to get back on track because the old diet just doesnt cut it anymore, and since I increased my workout days from 3 to 5 I am acctually losing weight slowly. Strange, most people love bulking, but I find it hard to stuff my face all day.

The legs are taking thier sweet ass time gettin bigger. They've gotten stronger, but not much bigger, when I see some real progress in them I'll post a pic

Youre putting on almost 5lbs a month!!!! Thats really good i thought, im killing myself at the gym and only putting on 4lbs if im lucky... Good work , you look real buff in the 2nd pic

I should also add when I first started bulking I quit smoking, so naturally my appetite grew enormously, which most people pack on unwanted pounds after they quit, but my gain was all wanted. But I kinda started up again, screwing everything up for me FU<K!!!

I recently got the best compliment on my progress. A ex-girlfriend stopped by and we went in the hot tub, and she was amazed with the transformation from when we were dating to now, long story short, I got laid because of muscles, and man is that motivation....

Thx, I just use WBB1 , Ive actually been using it for a long time now, since November, might be time to move on. Need more equipment if I change my routine tho, I workout at home.

WBB Routine II
Day 1: Chest and Back
Dumbbell Incline Press 2x9-11
Close Grip Chins 2x9-11 *** cant do these need to by that doorway bar I think
Flat Dumbbell Flies 2x9-11
Wide Grip Pull Downs or Deadlifts 2x9-11
Decline Barbell Bench Press 2x9-11 *** cant do decline, only incline.
Seated Cable Row or T-Bar Rows 2x9-11 *** rowing machine in my appartment gym, I guess during my work out session I can run down there and do a few sets
Rest Day
Day 2: Legs
Squats 1x20
Leg Press 1x20 *** cant do
Leg Extensions 1x15
Hamstring Curl 2x9
Seated/Standing Calf Raises 2x25
(Do one of set of each)
Rest Day
Day 3: Biceps, Triceps, and Shoulders
Seated Dumbbell Press, Standing Dumbbell Lateral Raises, Front Dumbbell Raises
2-3x6 (supersetted) *** whats supersetted mean?
Incline or Decline Skull Crushers 2x9-11 *** cant find skull crushers, what is this exercise?
Incline Dumbbell Curls 2x9-11
Dips 2x9-11 *** might have to be creative and do these on my computer desk....
Hammer Curls 2x9-11
So I think I can manage with this routine, If anyone has and modifications for me and replace the exercises I cant do, my equipment is barbell and dumbells and bench. Nice and simple.
Also, my split will be...
Sunday - Chest and back
Monday - Arms and shoulders
tuesday - Legs
Wends - Chest and back
Thursday - arms and shoulders
