I'm 6'1 by the way. I was 185ish. Over the past few weeks I dropped down a bit. I have been around 178lbs for 2 weeks. Looks like I'm staying here.
meal1: (breakfeast) 2 eggs (1 yellow part of egg), rice, 2 strips of low fat bacon, shake in 1% milk, water
meal2: (lunch) can of tuna in water w/mayo, slice of bread, shake, water
meal3: shake in 1% milk (220cal)
meal4: (dinner) whatever my mom cooks
meal5: glass of milk/small snack
meal5: shake in 1% milk (220ca)
I've been stuck at 178lbs on that. I just want to lower body fat a bit. Tips? My training is very intensive, I'm gaining strength, but not much size.
