I need some criticism on this diet that i do...

17 years old

want to get lean:

breakfast: 6-8 eggs (CLA supp)
1 cup milk
bowl of oatmeal
Snack: protein bar

Lunch: 2 Tuna Sandwiches (CLA supplement)

Prewkt: Proetin-creatine mix

Postwkt: Protein-creatine mix

Dinner: meat item and brown rice (CLA Supplement)

Calories: 3,500-4,000
protein- 225gm
fat-can't really calculate

diet's been talked about a lot..need some feedback
if diet good maybe its cardio

i am taking your word for it but doens't seem like a lot of food for 4k cals.
if you are consuming 4k cals and not dropping, you need to adjust your intake about 200-500 cals less every day.
the biggest problem i see with your diet is lack of fats, esp essential fats. fats are necessary for proper biological functioning and it is a common misconception that limiting fat will make you lean. limiting total daily calories will make you lean, but you NEED good fats.
