i am starting a new diet next week. finally i am going to actually live by a diet and train properly
breakfast 8.00am
4 eggs - varied styles
2 slices of toast with p.butt
glass of milk

snack1 10.00am
protein shake
banana

lunch 12.30pm
half a roast chicken in rolls
p.butt sandwich
juice box

snack2 2.30pm
protein shake
apple/apricot slice

tea 5.30pm
whatever is served cant argue
usually steak/chicken/stirfry something like that

snack3 8.00pm
plain bread rolls or something cheap from work (supermarket)

before bed 10.30
tuna sandwich w/mayo
milk

can anyone tell me roughly how much protein/carbs/fat and how many calories? or give me a link so i can do it if u cant be bothered

hahah i dunno i work at a supermarket and we close at 9 so around 8pm they mark all the bakery stuff down to about .50c so i just buy some cheap bread to chew on....
