Start. 6'0" 144.3 on gym scale.

leg press single 90x6, double 270x10, 270x6
situps 15, 6

2 yogurts
philly cheese/fries/chilli
3scoop shake w/OJ
Dine out box from opheila
it's-it+12oz milk
1scoop shake+oj.

Man I haven't had an It's-It sandwich in years. Yum.

You really should clean up your diet and get more protein though.

What are your goals?

What up pat. My goals....hmm. gain 15 pounds without gaining a gut. bench 225. squat 225. that's about it.

I figured i should at least keep track of what i eat even though i don't accurately know the numbers of cals i ingest. Not really sure how to estimate the "homefood".

Bowl of oatmeal/milk/eggwhite
1 yogurt
Bowl of noodles/beef
2+scoops protein w/OJ
Rice/pork/vegetables/eggs/tomatoes
12oz milk+cookies
2scoops N-large/OJ.

www.fitday.com has the nutrition info for just about anything. It's a convenient way to track your daily food intake.
