Tuesday:legs

Wends: plyo/sport specific

Thursday:Back/Bi

Friday:shoulders
plyo/sport specific

I'm going to really try to keep this one going haha :rolleyes:

anyways this is kindda what my split is going to look like starting Monday. i been bulking all winter ,i would say it went pretty well some great strength gains, but i think i gained a little too much body fat.
so now i look outside and i see the sun shining, so its about time to go run and play outside, in other words cardio time. i hate run on the treadmill and stuff so i will be doing some plyometrics and some sport specific drills for basketball.

goals: losses some body fat. and maybe put on some lean muscle
increase vertical and speed.

supplements: creatine and ON whey

morning workout
well i havnt hit the track for some time so i took it kindda easy, plus it was cold out and i hate running in the cold. :D

warmup 400meter
4x100meter sprints
cold down with 400meter

*hopfuly it will be warmer out wendsday

evening workout
chest and tri's

skull krushers 1x12 85 2x10 95lbs
rope press down 4x10 100lbs
overhead press 3x8 65lb

flat dumbell benchpress 3x10 65lbs
incline dumbell press 2x8 55lbs 1x8 50lbs
cable fly 2x8 60lbs 2x8 50lbs

*my tris are alot stronger then my chest thats why i decided to do them first to fatigue them. my chest is by far my weekest part on my body.

*good workout, i went i little lighter on squats trying to work on going down a little bit farther to the ground. legs are by far my best body parts

no there realy isnt much of a problem when it comes to deadlifts. im pretty flexible. but i do still whine a little :p

hmm well i been on spring break, but instead of on the beach i am home in eastliverpool. i missed thursday and fridays workout becouse i went on a trip to vist a friend at college (ended up getting charged for underage drinking by the cops but thats another story).


like i said im back home for spring break.i ended up doing legs today cuz my work out partner didnt want to do chest becouse he just did chest. and my home town gym is moving to another building so not everything is set up. so the only thing i could do was a set of squats and a sit of SLDL

Squats 1x10 185lbs 1x8 225lbs 1x8 275lbs
SLDL 3x8 215


a horrble workout today, but tommorow im going to a differnt gym. and ill will be doing chest and tris along with the running that i didnt get to do today. and hopfully everything will return to normal

i been having trubble keeping up with my journal, with springbreak and stuff.

so this was from monday march 30

morning workout
started to do some sprints but had to quit becouse of my Epididymitis :( and i forgot my compresson shorts at home

evening workout
barbell bench press 2x8 185lbs 1x8 175lbs
incline dumbell press 2x8 65lbs 1x8 60lbs
cable crossover 3x10 50

tricep pressdown 3x8 130lbs

*my triceps where shot after this. ok workout i when up in weight on my bench.

*should i put tris and chest on different days becouse they are both my weekest body parts?

i decided to switch up my workout alittle , i been having problems with my triceps getting warn out from bench or vice verca.
