Date: Saturday March 27th @ 10am
Location: YMCA 83 Pleasant St Malden, MA
Divisions: Youth, Adult, Masters (over 40), and Women
Entry fee of $15.
Prizes: Trophies for 1st and 2nd place finishers in the open and youth divisions. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for the Masters (over 40) and Women's

I am 19yrs old, weigh bout 170-175lbs, what should i push to competitive in a comp like that?

Anywhere from 225 to 300 is my guess.
