7 AM Breakfast:
1/2 Cup of Egg White
1 Piece of Whole Grain/Wheat Toast
1 Cup of Milk
225 2/28/24

10 AM Snack:
1/2 Cup of Peanuts
388 32/11/16

12 PM Lunch:
6" Subway w/ Double Meat
450 8/50/39

4 PM PreWorkout:
1 Cup of Milk
1 Serving of Designer Whey Glycerlean
1 Cup of Grapes
389 4/44/44

6 PM PostWorkout:
2 Tyson Chicken Tenderloin Strips
360 14/30/30

Totals: 1829 60/178/154

8 PM Dinner:
Varies...try to eat whatever I need to hit my 2200 Calorie goal so usually about 371 Calories. Mostly consisting of various vegetables and meats

Total: 2200

I need more fat. My problems is how do I get it? All I can think of is throwing some flax seed oil in some where and cutting some of the carbs. Where should I?

Well in my cutting diet, for fat I eat 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 2 tablespoons of flax oil, thats enough for me to get my ratio 33/33/33.

You could make those whole eggs in the morning. Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over those veggies at dinner. Have a couple of tablespoons of flax and/or fish oil somewhere.

I suppose if I took away that banana in the morning and had another 1/4 cup of peanuts instead it would reduce the carbs while raising the fats and proteins a bit.

might have some carbs PWO also to refill glycogen stores...just my $0.02

Well the Chicken Tenderloins has about 30 carbs...is that not enough?

Your Diet looks good overall.

My only suggestion is to drop the Subway and make your own food for lunch. Good luck w/ the cut.

But we must follow in the footsteps of Jared! Stop eating breakfast and only eat 2 subway sandwiches a day!
